Brach Eichler adds 2 new associates to its Healthcare Practice Group

Roseland-based law firm Brach Eichler LLC recently welcomed two new associates to its Healthcare Law Practice Group. Accomplished attorneys Rebecca Falk and Andrew Kuder are now part of the team dedicated to its clients looking to resolve their health care law needs.

Falk concentrates her practice on a wide variety of transactional, corporate and regulatory matters. A highly-skilled health care associate with a reputation for sound judgment, responsiveness and a creative approach to achieving her client’s legal and business objectives. Falk approaches her practice with enthusiasm and ingenuity drawing from her passion for medical research, science and law. She also advises the firm’s health care provider clients on regulatory matters, such as the No Surprises Act and HIPAA.

Prior to joining the firm, Falk was an associate with Wolfe Pincavage, a boutique law firm specializing in managed care relationships and healthcare revenue management. She is committed to keeping providers apprised of important issues and developments within the healthcare space. Falk regularly authors opinions on new legislation and important rulings. Falk holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Kuder provides legal counsel to a broad array of health care entities and providers, including physician groups, ambulatory care facilities, telemedicine organizations and hospitals. Kuder advises clients on health care compliance issues, including Stark law, anti-kickback, and fraud and abuse, physician and other provider contracting, as well as privacy and security and e-commerce issues in the health care space, including HIPAA, FTC Health rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, data breaches and compliance with state-specific privacy and security rules. Additionally, he provides counsel to existing providers and new organizations regarding the provision of telemedicine services.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Kuder was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. He earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a B.A. from Wheaton College.
